The Nosler Model 21 is a modern bolt-action rifle built from the ground up to handle serious hunting missions across diverse terrain and game. Chambered in .375 H&H Magnum with a 22-inch barrel, this rifle combines precision engineering with the packable weight and reliability serious hunters demand. Whether you're pursuing elk in high country, dangerous game at distance, or any hunt where a full-powered magnum makes sense, the Model 21 delivers the accuracy and dependability you need when the moment counts.
The backbone of the Model 21 is a proprietary action designed in collaboration with Mack Brothers, the South Dakota custom action builders whose EVO design has earned respect among precision shooters since 2018. Nosler's engineering team took those proven principles and refined them with their own enhancements, resulting in a production rifle that feels and performs like a custom build. The receiver is wire EDM machined for tight tolerances, and the bolt is nitride coated and fluted for smooth operation and reduced weight. A Shilen match-grade stainless steel barrel ensures consistent accuracy, while the TriggerTech trigger delivers the crisp, predictable break serious shooters expect.
Weight is a real consideration on long hunts: at 7.0 pounds, the Model 21 strikes a practical balance between substantial enough to shoot accurately and light enough to carry all day. The McMillan carbon fiber stock absorbs recoil while keeping overall mass down, and the 3-round magazine is well-suited to the power and typical hunting scenarios where .375 H&H excels. With an overall length of 42.5 inches and a 13.5-inch length of pull, it's proportioned for hunters in standard build. The 1:12 twist barrel and #5 contour were engineered specifically for the cartridge's performance window.
If you're hunting big country or big game and want a rifle that shoots like it was hand-built by a gunsmith but comes ready to shoot, the Model 21 is worth a serious look. It's a rifle designed by experienced hunters, for experienced hunters.
