The North American Arms .22 Mag revolver in stainless steel is a true pocket pistol — compact enough to slip into a shirt pocket or ankle holster, yet reliable enough for backup carry or small-game hunting. This NAA-22M-P leverages decades of mini-revolver engineering to deliver a firearm that doesn't compromise on safety or versatility. Built from stainless steel, it resists corrosion and handles rough outdoor conditions without flinching.
What sets the NAA .22 Magnum apart is its thoughtful design. The cylinder features an original half-way notch that lets the hammer rest safely between rounds without requiring an empty chamber — a genuine safety advantage for a pocket gun. This means you load five rounds and don't sacrifice that sixth position to maintain secure carry. The revolver accepts all standard .22 Magnum ammunition, including .22 Magnum shot shells (sometimes called Snake Shot), giving you flexible load options for everything from plinking to small pest control.
Portability is the whole point here. This is the gun you'll actually carry because it doesn't print, doesn't snag, and won't tire you out. Whether you're a backcountry hunter, overlander, or simply want a reliable backup piece that fits in a pocket, the NAA .22 Mag delivers without bulk. Stainless construction means it'll weather seasons of use in your pack or on your hip.
North American Arms also offers a conversion cylinder (sold separately) that lets you chamber .22 Long Rifle ammunition in your .22 Magnum revolver, adding even more flexibility to your shooting options.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use .22 Long Rifle ammo in this .22 Magnum revolver?
Not with the standard cylinder. However, North American Arms offers a .22 Long Rifle conversion cylinder specifically designed to fit your .22 Magnum mini-revolver, allowing you to shoot both calibers with an optional purchase.
Is the NAA .22 Mag safe to carry with a loaded cylinder?
Yes. The cylinder features a half-way notch that allows the hammer to rest safely and securely between rounds, eliminating the need to carry on an empty chamber while still maintaining safe carry.
What ammunition does this revolver accept?
The NAA .22 Magnum accepts all standard .22 Magnum ammunition as well as .22 Magnum shot shells (sometimes marketed as Snake Shot), giving you flexibility for different shooting scenarios.
Is stainless steel necessary for outdoor carry?
Stainless steel resists rust and corrosion better than blued steel, making it a smart choice if you'll be carrying this pocket revolver in varied weather, while overlanding, or in backcountry conditions where you can't baby the gun.
