The Mossberg Gold Reserve II is a 12-gauge over-and-under shotgun built for shooters who demand both performance and elegant craftsmanship. With a 30-inch barrel, fixed 14-inch length of pull, and 3-inch chamber, this gun handles everything from clay courses to upland and waterfowl hunting. It's a straightforward, reliable workhorse designed to swing naturally and point where you're looking—the kind of shotgun that rewards good fundamentals and lets you focus on the target.

The Gold Reserve II ships with a full set of extended sport chokes (5 total), giving you flexibility to dial in pattern density for different ranges and shot types. The ejector system clears empties automatically, speeding your reload in the field or at the range. A single bead sight tops the polished blue, ventilated rib barrel, keeping things simple and uncluttered.

Build quality is evident in the details. The receiver is polished black steel with scroll engraving and inlay work—tasteful embellishment that doesn't scream for attention. The stock is Grade A satin black walnut, finished to feel like a proper shotgun rather than plastic-fantastic kit. At 7.5 pounds and 47 inches overall, the Gold Reserve II balances quickly and carries comfortably, whether you're working a duck blind or grinding through a sporting clays course.
