The Magnum Research Mk XIX Compensator System in 6" with burnt bronze finish is a gas-operated rotating bolt semiautomatic pistol built for shooters who demand raw power and precision in a full-size handgun. Available in .357 Magnum, .44 Magnum, and .50 Action Express, the Mk XIX combines serious stopping power with genuine shootability—a rare trait in large-caliber handguns. The 6-inch barrel with integral compensator system helps manage recoil and muzzle rise, making follow-up shots faster and more controllable than you'd expect from a gun chambered in these calibers.

Construction is no-nonsense: high-quality carbon steel barrel, frame, and slide work together to handle the pressures these magnum rounds demand. The full Weaver-style accessory rail means you can mount lights, lasers, or optics without proprietary adapters. Combat-type fixed sights come standard, positioned with an 8.5-inch sight radius for solid accuracy at distance. The single-action trigger breaks at approximately 4 pounds, delivering the crisp, predictable break serious shooters expect from a purpose-built hunting or defense pistol.

The burnt bronze finish isn't just cosmetic—it's a durable, corrosion-resistant treatment that looks professional while standing up to the field use this pistol is designed for. With a compact trigger reach of 2.75 inches and a slide width of 1.25 inches, the Mk XIX balances a powerful platform with reasonable ergonomics. Whether you're after a dedicated hunting handgun for dangerous game or a high-power competition pistol, the Magnum Research Mk XIX Compensator System delivers the performance and reliability hunters and shooters have trusted for decades.
