The LSI Citadel Trakr .22LR 18" bolt-action rifle is a no-nonsense rimfire workhorse built for shooters who value reliability and simplicity. This is a straightforward, accurate rifle for learning fundamentals, introducing new shooters to the sport, or putting rounds downrange at the range without overthinking it. The compact 18-inch barrel keeps things handy without sacrificing the velocity and shot-to-shot consistency that .22LR is known for, and at this barrel length it's equally at home in tight spaces or slung across your shoulder for a day in the field.
Built on proven bolt-action mechanics, the Citadel Trakr strips away unnecessary complexity—you get a solid manual action, a hooded front sight for clear target acquisition, and a black synthetic stock that won't warp or require babying. The 10-round magazine capacity strikes a practical balance: enough rounds to maintain a shooting rhythm without constant reloads, but still quick to manage and reload when you need to. Synthetic furniture means this rifle won't flinch at weather, storage in a truck bed, or casual handling.
If you're building a versatile rimfire for plinking, target practice, small game, or training new shooters, the Citadel Trakr delivers honest performance without premium pricing. It's the kind of rifle that gets grabbed first because it works, then appreciated later for its straightforward design and proven track record.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the Citadel Trakr .22LR good for?
This rifle excels at target practice, plinking, small game hunting, and training new shooters on bolt-action fundamentals. The .22LR cartridge is inherently accurate, affordable, and low-recoil—perfect for building marksmanship without breaking the bank or your shoulder.
Is the 18-inch barrel short for a rifle?
18 inches is considered compact for a rifle and makes the Citadel Trakr easy to maneuver in brush, vehicles, or tight shooting lanes. You won't sacrifice meaningful velocity from a .22LR at this length, since .22 rimfire is efficient and reaches its potential early in the barrel.
Can I add a scope to the Citadel Trakr?
The rifle ships with a hooded front sight, which is a mechanical backup. Many .22LR shooters do add scopes or red dots for precision work. We recommend checking with the manufacturer or our team about mounting options specific to this model.
What comes in the box?
The rifle includes the action, barrel, black synthetic stock, hooded front sight, and a 10-round magazine. Always consult the manufacturer's documentation for complete kit contents and assembly details.
