The Kriss VECTOR SDP 9mm tactical pistol is a closed-bolt delayed-blowback platform built for shooters who want something different on the range or in a tactical setup. With a 5.5-inch barrel and flat dark earth finish, this is a pistol that stands out—both in handling and appearance. The SDP (Special Duty Pistol) platform is engineered around Kriss's proven delayed-blowback system, designed to manage recoil and keep your shots on target when it counts.
At 5.9 pounds unloaded and 16.75 inches overall length, the VECTOR SDP strikes a balance between a compact pistol and a more substantial shooter. The 6.8-inch height keeps it manageable without sacrificing sight radius or control. If you're running a suppressor or adding muzzle devices, the 1/2x28 right-hand threaded barrel is ready to go. The pistol feeds standard Glock 17-pattern magazines, so you're not hunting for proprietary mags—40-round capacity comes standard.
Whether you're building a 9mm PCC setup, looking for a distinct range toy, or exploring delayed-blowback platforms, the VECTOR SDP rewards shooters who appreciate precision engineering and unconventional design. The FDE finish wears well and keeps it looking fresh through range sessions and field use alike.

Frequently Asked Questions
What magazines does the Kriss VECTOR SDP 9mm use?
The VECTOR SDP is compatible with standard Glock 17-pattern magazines. It comes standard with 40-round capacity magazines.
Can I attach a suppressor to this pistol?
Yes. The barrel is threaded 1/2x28 (right-hand), so it's ready for suppressors, compensators, or other muzzle devices with matching pitch.
What makes the delayed-blowback system different?
The closed-bolt delayed-blowback design is engineered to manage recoil impulse and help maintain control during rapid fire. This operating system is central to how the VECTOR platform handles compared to traditional direct-impingement or simple blowback designs.
Is this pistol suitable for range shooting and tactical use?
The VECTOR SDP is built as a tactical platform and performs well on the range. The 5.5-inch barrel and delayed-blowback system support accuracy, and the magazine capacity and threaded barrel make it adaptable to various shooting disciplines and setups.
