The Henry H015-308 single shot rifle in .308 Winchester delivers classic American rifle craftsmanship in a straightforward, reliable package. Built around a break-open action design, this rifle strips away complexity in favor of dependable performance—ideal for hunters and shooters who appreciate a rifle that does one thing exceptionally well. The .308 Win chambering is a proven cartridge for medium to large game hunting, target shooting, and long-range work, offering plenty of real-world versatility without unnecessary features or weight.
Weighing just 6.94 pounds, the Henry H015-308 is light enough to carry all day in the field without fatigue, yet substantial enough to manage recoil and hold steady at the bench or from a rest. The 22-inch round blued steel barrel is paired with an American walnut stock finished in brown, giving the rifle a traditional, purposeful look that won't distract from performance. A 1:10 twist rate ensures stability across the full spectrum of .308 ammunition you're likely to shoot. Open sights—semi-buckhorn rear with brass bead front—keep you simple and effective; no batteries, no electronic dependency, and plenty of practical accuracy for hunting distances.
This is a rifle for shooters who trust proven design. Whether you're working up handloads at the reloading bench, taking it afield during rifle season, or running it through deliberate target practice, the break-open single-shot action forces you to be intentional with every round. There's real satisfaction in that discipline, and real economy too—one shot at a time means ammunition discipline and better marksmanship. At 14 inches length of pull, it shoulders naturally for most adults and works comfortably with hunting layers or range clothing.
Henry Repeating Arms built a reputation on quality American manufacturing, and the H015-308 reflects that ethos. This isn't a rifle that tries to be everything to everyone; it's a rifle that knows what it is and does it well.
