The Henry Original H011C is a .45 Colt lever action rifle built on Henry's toggle link system, a smooth-operating mechanism that's earned respect among shooters who value reliable, classic rifle handling. This is a gun for folks who appreciate traditional lever action performance in a caliber with serious heritage—whether you're hunting medium game, enjoying cowboy action shooting, or simply shooting at the range. The H011C carries that distinctly American lever gun character: fast to operate, intuitive, and built to last.

The rifle feeds thirteen rounds of .45 Colt ammunition from its magazine, giving you practical capacity for hunting or sport shooting without sacrificing the classic lines of a traditional lever gun. The 24.5-inch barrel balances handling and velocity, while the 9-pound weight keeps the rifle manageable in the field or at the bench. You get front and rear sights that fold when not needed, letting you mount optics or simply use iron sights when you prefer them—there's no forced commitment either way.

Built on a hardened brass receiver, the H011C wears that hardware as part of its aesthetic and durability story. The furniture includes a fancy American walnut buttstock topped with a hardened brass buttplate, materials that both look right and hold up to real use. It's the kind of rifle that rewards good maintenance and handles years of shooting without becoming a museum piece.

Whether you're new to lever actions or you're returning to the .45 Colt after years away, the Henry Original delivers the straightforward, functional design that made lever rifles iconic. No complicated controls, no unnecessary plastic, just a rifle that does its job and looks appropriate doing it.
