The Griffin Dual-Lok 7 silencer is a compact, full-auto rated suppressor built for shooters who want serious sound reduction without sacrificing maneuverability. At 7 inches overall with the included minimalist brake, this is a real-world choice for AR-platform rifles, short-barrel setups, and hunting rigs where every inch counts. Griffin's patented Dual-Lok mounting system gives you up to 120 mounting positions—meaning you can dial in your point-of-impact (POI) with minimal shift, then lock it down and move on.

Sound suppression across common rifle calibers is genuinely useful: expect 139 dB from a 16-inch 308 Win, 125 dB subsonic from a 9.5-inch 300 BLK, and 136 dB from an 11.5-inch 5.56mm AR. That's the kind of performance difference hunters and range shooters actually hear. The tubeless, laser-welded design in 17-4 stainless steel and 718 Inconel is built to take punishment—H900 heat-treated and Cerakoted for durability in field conditions.

What sets the Dual-Lok apart is the wear-free mounting system: no consumable parts to replace, no baffle strikes from bad timing. The taper-lock interface, ACME thread attachment, and three anti-rotation teeth in the locking ring mean the can stays put. The included Minimalist Brake is threaded 5/8x24 for 7.62mm/.30-caliber applications. At 12.6 ounces, it won't slow you down, and the high-temp Cerakote finish handles sustained fire without fading.

Full-auto rated and backed by a lifetime warranty, the Griffin Dual-Lok 7 is engineered for shooters who need reliability first and hype last.

Frequently Asked Questions

What calibers does the Griffin Dual-Lok 7 work with?

The Dual-Lok 7 is rated for .30 caliber and larger cartridges. The included Minimalist Brake is threaded 5/8x24 for 7.62mm/.30-caliber applications. You can verify suppressor legality and caliber compatibility with your specific rifle before ordering.

Will the Dual-Lok 7 shift my point of impact?

Griffin engineered the Dual-Lok mounting system to minimize POI shift. The taper-lock interface, combined with up to 120 mounting positions and the anti-rotation locking ring, ensures a rock-solid connection once set. You will need to verify zero after installation, as with any suppressor, but the design is built to reduce the movement you'd see with less sophisticated mounts.

Is this suppressor full-auto rated?

Yes, the Griffin Dual-Lok 7 is full-auto rated and rated to handle sustained fire. The laser-welded tubeless design and heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel construction are built for durability under heavy use.

What is the Minimalist Brake, and can I use a different muzzle device?

The Minimalist Brake (5/8x24, .30 caliber) is included with the silencer and serves as the quick-attach interface. The Dual-Lok system is compatible with other muzzle devices that fit the ACME thread standard. Confirm your specific device compatibility before purchase.
