The Great Lakes Firearms AR-10 .243 Win is a semi-automatic rifle built on the AR-10 platform and chambered for the versatile .243 Winchester cartridge. With its 24-inch stainless steel barrel, this is a capable platform for precision rifle shooting, hunting, and range work. The Pursuit Green Camo finish over stainless steel gives you a rugged, modern aesthetic suited to the field or bench. At 9.3 pounds, it strikes a practical balance between portability and control, making it manageable for long days afield or extended range sessions.

Built on a 7075 aluminum upper and lower receiver, this rifle handles the .243 Win's modest recoil with solid repeatability. The 24-inch barrel is twist-rated 1:8 and features 5R rifling—a profile that reduces bullet deformation and can improve accuracy at distance. Threading is 5/8 x 24, so you can attach a suppressor, muzzle brake, or other accessories (a muzzle brake is included). The full-length top rail on the 20-inch handguard gives you mounting flexibility for optics, lights, or other tactical gear. The rifle comes as you see it: no sights installed, leaving the platform open for your preferred aiming solution, whether that's a scope, red dot, or iron sights.

Function is straightforward: a 0.750 gas block with rifle-length gas tube cycles the action, and a mil-spec polymer grip and trigger keep controls familiar to anyone who's handled AR-platform rifles. The mil-spec trigger breaks at 5.5–6 pounds. One 5-round magazine is included. This is a no-frills, purpose-built rifle—not a tack-driver out of the box, but a solid foundation if you're willing to invest in glass and trigger work to unlock its potential.

By placing an order for this firearm, you confirm that you are the legitimate transferee/buyer, meet the legal age requirements, and comply with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations necessary to purchase this firearm.

We only ship firearms to valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders. At checkout we provide a FFL locator for your convenience.

We will need a copy of the FFL’s license to facilitate the process, kindly request your dealer to email us a copy of their FFL, as we cannot dispatch the firearm until we receive this document. It is imperative for the buyer to choose their FFL dealer, ensure they are willing to facilitate the transfer, and have them email their FFL copy to BOSQUE Outdoors. To avoid any confusion, the customer's name or order number must be mentioned in the email containing the FFL.

  • Prior to placing an order, it is the buyer's responsibility to understand and adhere to their state's firearm regulations.
  • The buyer should verify with their receiving dealer that the chosen firearm is legally permissible in their state.
  • The buyer is accountable for any transfer fees or background check charges imposed by the receiving dealer. If the designated dealer declines to accept the firearm delivery, the buyer assumes responsibility for shipping costs to retrieve the firearm and resend it to an accommodating dealer.
  • Handguns will be shipped using air transportation, while long guns can be shipped using ground methods. If your order includes a mix of firearm and non-firearm items, BOSQUE Outdoors will send the firearm(s) to your selected FFL dealer and the remaining non-firearm items to your billing address.
  • Firearms cannot be returned to BOSQUE Outdoors; please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims.
  • Firearms refused by the FFL Dealer or which cannot be transferred due to a failed background check are subject to a $75 restocking fee plus 10% of the purchase price.
