Built from 6061 T6 extruded aluminum, this base is both rigid and lightweight. The Picatinny rail is precision-machined to military standard 1913 spec (gauged to ±.002"), which means it'll lock in Picatinny or Weaver rings dead-solid reliable. The zero MOA configuration sits the optic in a neutral plane relative to your bore, making it a clean choice if you're building a hunting or long-range rifle and want your scope as close to the center of the bore as possible.
