It's built to work seamlessly with non-AR platforms like the SCAR, MCX, MPX, AK, and Scorpion, while also offering a clever solution for AR rifles equipped with a B.E. Meyers MAWL, allowing you to mount your light underneath that device without interference.

Built from CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished with Mil-Spec Type III hardcoat anodizing, the Torrent Africa mount is engineered for durability in the field. It's lightweight and low-profile, designed never to impede your weapon manipulation or interfere with front backup iron sights. The offset mounting geometry positions your light at an optimized 45-degree angle for natural, ergonomic activation while keeping the light as close to the firearm bore as practical.

This mount is compatible with Streamlight Protac Rail Mount 1 and Rail Mount 2 (note: it does not work with the HL-X), as well as Cloud Defensive REIN 1.0/2.0/3.0 and REIN Micro 1.0/2.0/3.0 lights, plus most other replacement light bodies that use Scout Light–style mounting. Its ambidextrous design offers multiple mounting positions on M-LOK rails, giving you the flexibility to run it left or right depending on your setup.
