The Charles Daly 12Ga Triple Magnum 3.5" 28" shotgun in DRT camo finish is a break-open over-under built for serious waterfowl hunters and upland shooters who demand versatility and stopping power. This three-barrel configuration—two side-by-side barrels plus a top barrel—gives you flexibility in the field: pattern one for lead, one for steel, or choose based on distance and target. The 3.5" magnum chamber handles heavy payloads for long-range passes, while the 28" barrels keep the gun handy in brush and timber. It's a hunting workhorse that doesn't pretend to be anything else.

The DRT camo pattern (TrueTimber DRT) breaks up your outline effectively in mixed terrain, and the synthetic stock and forend are built tough for wet weather and hard use. A chrome-lined barrel resists fouling and corrosion—important in waterfowl season or salty marsh hunting. The fixed fiber optic front sight helps you track fast-moving targets, and the single trigger with mechanical reset lets you fire right, left, or top barrel in that sequence, giving you shot selection without fumbling.

Remington Choke threads (MC-5 system) come with five chokes—Cylinder, Improved Cylinder, Modified, Improved Modified, and Full—so you can dial in patterns from 20 yards to 50+. At 8.6 lbs and 45.25" overall, it balances well for sustained swing and carries easily over rough ground. Manual extraction and safety round out a straightforward, reliable design that works as hard as you do.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the firing sequence on this shotgun?

The single trigger fires in a fixed sequence: right barrel first, then left, then top. You cannot change the order, but the mechanical reset system allows quick follow-up shots in the sequence it's designed for.

What chokes come with this shotgun?

The Charles Daly includes five Remington MC-5 chokes: Cylinder, Improved Cylinder, Modified, Improved Modified, and Full. You can swap them to match your shooting distance and quarry.

Is this shotgun suitable for waterfowl hunting?

Yes. The 3.5" magnum chamber handles the heavy, dense loads waterfowl hunting often requires, the DRT camo pattern provides field concealment, and the chrome-lined barrels resist the corrosion common in wet marsh conditions.

What's included in the box?

The shotgun ships with five interchangeable chokes (C, IC, M, IM, F). Always confirm exact contents with your retailer at purchase.
