The Browning Silver Field 12-gauge semi-auto shotgun is built for hunters and clay shooters who demand a reliable, low-recoil platform they can count on all season long. This 26-inch semi-auto combines proven gas-operated reliability with the kind of ergonomic refinement that keeps you comfortable during long days afield. The Active Valve gas system cycles everything from light target loads to full-power hunting rounds without requiring manual adjustments—point it, shoot it, keep moving.

What sets the Silver Field apart is its attention to handling details. The composite stock features textured gripping surfaces that maintain your purchase in wet conditions, and the flat dark earth finish on barrel and receiver not only looks purposeful but resists corrosion. A brass bead front sight gives you a clean sight picture for both upland birds and clay targets. Three Invector-Plus choke tubes—Full, Modified, and Improved Cylinder—let you dial in your shot pattern for whatever birds or targets you're pursuing.

Whether you're working a September dove field, stepping into a duck blind, or running a competitive clay course, this 12-gauge delivers the soft-shooting, adaptable performance that separates a workhorse gun from the rest of the rack. The gas system's ability to handle a wide range of loads means you're not locked into expensive premium ammunition—you can shoot what works for your situation and budget.
