The Bergara B-14 Wilderness HMR in 7mm PRC is a purpose-built backcountry rifle for hunters who refuse to compromise on accuracy or durability. This 24" barrel rifle combines a rigid, repeatable platform with weather-resistant engineering—exactly what you need when conditions turn gnarly and your hunting spot sits miles from the trailhead. The integrated mini-chassis molded into the stock delivers the kind of bedding consistency that separates ethical one-shot kills from frustrating misses, while the Sniper Grey Cerakote finish shrugs off rain, snow, and the elements you'll encounter in remote country.
Built on Bergara's proven B-14 action and topped with a crisp Performance Trigger, the Wilderness HMR strips away unnecessary weight without sacrificing rigidity. At 10.1 lbs, it's manageable to carry all day, yet the 4140 CrMo steel barrel and purposeful architecture deliver the repeatability serious hunters demand. The 1:8 twist rate is optimized for the 7mm PRC cartridge, a modern magnum that hits hard at distance without requiring a heavy gun or excessive recoil. An AICS-pattern 5-round detachable magazine keeps you loaded and ready to move.
Whether you're glassing high country, picking your way through timber, or setting up for a long-range shot at elevation, the B-14 Wilderness HMR is engineered for the hunter who knows that the hardest part of the hunt isn't pulling the trigger—it's getting there and making it count. This is a rifle that earns its place in your rack.
