The Auto Ordnance M1 Carbine in .30 caliber is a faithful semi-automatic rifle that brings authentic mid-century military design to the modern shooter. Whether you're a history enthusiast, a collector, or someone who appreciates a lightweight, nimble rifle for hunting or range work, this Model AOM130 delivers genuine M1 Carbine character with the reliability of contemporary manufacturing. Built in Worcester, Massachusetts using precision CNC machinery and newly manufactured parts, it bridges classic American firearm heritage with present-day quality control.

What sets this Auto Ordnance carbine apart is its commitment to period-correct details. The premium walnut furniture—both stock and handguard—gives it the look and feel of an original, while the parkerized steel receiver and 18-inch parkerized barrel evoke military spec finishes. The flip-style rear sight and blade front sight follow the original manual-aiming setup, keeping the rifle true to form. At just 5.4 pounds and 35.75 inches overall length, it's one of the most handy rifles you can shoulder, making it ideal for brush hunting, historical reenactment, or casual plinking.

The 15-round detachable magazine capacity strikes a practical balance between carrying capacity and the rifle's lightweight character. The .30 carbine cartridge, while modest by modern standards, remains suitable for small to medium game and delivers minimal recoil—a quality that makes this carbine approachable for shooters of various experience levels. Markings on the receiver and barrel follow military convention, adding authenticity whether the rifle stays in your collection or sees regular use.
