The Winchester XPR Left-Hand Strata is a purpose-built bolt-action hunting rifle for left-handed shooters who demand accuracy without compromise. Chambered in .350 Legend with a 22-inch barrel, this rifle delivers the ballistics and handling you need for medium-range hunting scenarios. Winchester engineered this rifle around the needs of southpaw hunters, making it a rare and valuable option in a market where left-hand rifles remain hard to find.

The XPR's foundation is a solid steel receiver finished in Perma-Cote Flat Dark Earth (FDE), paired with a precision button-rifled barrel that's likewise FDE-finished for corrosion resistance and a cohesive look. The composite stock wears TrueTimber Strata camouflage, breaking up your outline in mixed terrain without the weight penalty of wood. A threaded muzzle (9/16 x 24) accepts the included muzzle brake, managing recoil and helping you stay on target through follow-up shots. The stock is fitted with an Inflex recoil pad to soften impact on your shoulder.

Handling and control matter in the field. The XPR features an oversize bolt handle for fast, glove-friendly operation, and Winchester's two-position thumb safety keeps the rifle ready but secure. The M.O.A. Trigger System breaks cleanly and consistently, critical for ethical, accurate shots. Inside, the bolt is machined from chrome-moly steel with nickel Teflon coating to resist wear and corrosion. A steel recoil lug anchors the action securely in the stock. The detachable box magazine (3-round capacity) lets you top up quickly or swap for a reload in the field. The receiver is drilled and tapped for optic mounts—scope not included—and the barrel is free-floated for maximum precision potential.

If you're a left-handed hunter tired of forcing right-handed rifles into southpaw service, the Winchester XPR Strata is built with you in mind.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Winchester XPR Strata truly designed for left-handed shooters?

Yes. This rifle features a left-hand bolt and safety, making it naturally configured for southpaw operation. The oversize bolt handle and two-position thumb safety are both left-hand oriented, so you won't be fighting the rifle's ergonomics.

What scope mounts does it need, and is one included?

The receiver is drilled and tapped for standard scope mounts. No scope is included with the rifle, so you'll need to select and mount your own optic—a common setup that lets you choose glass matched to your hunting style and budget.

What is .350 Legend, and what is it used for?

The .350 Legend is a modern, efficient rifle cartridge designed for medium-range hunting. We have limited information on its specific ballistics and use cases in the facts provided, but Winchester chambers it in the XPR for hunters seeking a capable mid-range option.

Does the rifle come with magazines and ammunition?

The rifle includes a 3-round detachable box magazine. Ammunition is not included and must be purchased separately.
