The Winchester XPR 6.5 Creedmoor bolt-action rifle with scope combo delivers serious hunting capability without the premium price tag. Winchester distilled decades of Model 70 heritage into the XPR, pairing time-tested reliability with modern manufacturing efficiency to create a gun that punches well above its weight class. This combo ships ready to hunt: the rifle comes topped with a Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40 scope, Weaver rings and bases, and full Vortex VIP warranty—everything bolted on and bore-sighted so you can focus on fieldcraft instead of guesswork.
The 22-inch precision-rifled barrel wears a matte blued finish that resists glint and corrosion, while the steel receiver is drilled and tapped from the factory. What sets the XPR apart in its class is the thoughtful engineering: a free-floating barrel for consistent accuracy, a crisp MOA trigger system you can actually trust, and a detachable box magazine so spare ammo stays organized in your pack instead of rattling loose. The bolt unlock button and two-position thumb safety reflect Winchester's no-nonsense approach to rifle design.
Built for real-world hunting, the XPR wears a black composite stock engineered for a secure grip even when your hands are wet. The Inflex recoil pad soaks up the 6.5 Creedmoor's moderate kick, and the sling swivel studs are already installed. The composite material shrugs off the wear that leather and wood can't handle—scratches, mud, and rough camps won't compromise function or appearance. Matte finishes throughout mean no light signatures to spook game or catch an eye across a ridge.
Whether you're hunting elk in high country, stalking whitetail from a stand, or reaching out at the range, the 6.5 Creedmoor brings flat trajectory and reliable terminal performance to medium and long-range work. This combo strips away mall-ninja complexity and delivers a rifle that does exactly what a modern hunting gun should: point, shoot, and connect.
