The Winchester SX4 Hybrid is a 12-gauge semi-automatic shotgun built for hunters and sport shooters who demand reliable, low-recoil performance across a full day in the field. This 26-inch barrel model pairs Winchester's proven Active Valve gas-operating system with refined ergonomics and modern materials to deliver a shotgun that handles like it owes you something. The aluminum alloy receiver and chrome-plated barrel are finished in gray Cerakote for durability, while the black composite stock keeps weight down at 6 lbs 14 oz—ideal for long hunts where every ounce matters.

Winchester built the SX4 on the legacy of the SX3's bulletproof Active Valve mechanism, but didn't stop there. The improvements are in the details: better balance, refined internal components, and thoughtful ergonomics that actually work when you're wearing gloves or moving fast. The oversized cocking handle and bolt release speed up your transition between shots, the reversible safety lets you mount it for your dominant hand, and the larger trigger guard opening accommodates gloved fingers without fumbling. The new Inflex recoil pad uses modern damping technology to soften felt recoil, making longer shooting sessions more comfortable without sacrificing responsiveness.

The SX4 Hybrid comes ready to hunt with three Invector-Plus choke tubes, a TRUGLO fiber-optic sight for quick target acquisition, and sling swivel studs for your preferred carry method. Length-of-pull spacers let you dial in fit for your frame, and the 3-inch chamber handles both 2¾-inch and 3-inch loads, so you're not locked into one ammunition choice. At 47 inches overall with a 14¼-inch length of pull, it points naturally and swings smoothly—whether you're hunting upland birds, ducks in the marsh, or running targets at the clay course.

We only ship firearms to valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders. At checkout we provide a FFL locator for your convenience.

We will need a copy of the FFL’s license to facilitate the process, kindly request your dealer to email us a copy of their FFL, as we cannot dispatch the firearm until we receive this document. It is imperative for the buyer to choose their FFL dealer, ensure they are willing to facilitate the transfer, and have them email their FFL copy to BOSQUE Outdoors. To avoid any confusion, the customer's name or order number must be mentioned in the email containing the FFL.

  • Prior to placing an order, it is the buyer's responsibility to understand and adhere to their state's firearm regulations.
  • The buyer should verify with their receiving dealer that the chosen firearm is legally permissible in their state.
  • The buyer is accountable for any transfer fees or background check charges imposed by the receiving dealer. If the designated dealer declines to accept the firearm delivery, the buyer assumes responsibility for shipping costs to retrieve the firearm and resend it to an accommodating dealer.
  • Handguns will be shipped using air transportation, while long guns can be shipped using ground methods. If your order includes a mix of firearm and non-firearm items, BOSQUE Outdoors will send the firearm(s) to your selected FFL dealer and the remaining non-firearm items to your billing address.
  • Firearms cannot be returned to BOSQUE Outdoors; please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims.
  • Firearms refused by the FFL Dealer or which cannot be transferred due to a failed background check are subject to a $75 restocking fee plus 10% of the purchase price.
