The Winchester 70 Super Grade in 6.5 Creedmoor is a centerfire rifle built for hunters and long-range shooters who refuse to compromise on accuracy or aesthetics. This short-action rifle combines Winchester's legendary controlled-round-feed action with meticulous metalwork and Grade IV/V walnut to deliver a gun that performs as beautifully as it looks. Whether you're glassing high country or shooting steel at distance, the Super Grade brings a craftsman's attention to detail to every hunt.

The 22-inch cold hammer-forged barrel is free-floated and topped with a recessed target crown—design choices that eliminate vibration and protect accuracy shot after shot. The forged steel receiver features an integral recoil lug bedded front and rear, anchoring the action so tight that zero shifts are a non-issue. Winchester's M.O.A. trigger system delivers zero take-up, zero creep, and zero overtravel, giving you the crisp, predictable break serious shooters demand. The pre-'64 style claw extractor and controlled round feed ensure flawless feeding and ejection under field conditions.

The Super Grade's stock is where tradition meets refinement: Grade IV/V full fancy walnut with a shadowline cheekpiece that naturally aligns your eye with your scope. Highly polished metal surfaces and a decorative steel crossbolt underscore the rifle's quality without sacrificing function. The one-piece bottom metal and steel floorplate add structural rigidity. Inletted sling swivel studs let you attach your preferred carry system. A three-position safety keeps you informed of your status, and the Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad tames the 6.5 Creedmoor's modest kick, letting you focus on the next shot.

At 7 lbs 12 oz and 42¼ inches overall, this is a rifle you'll actually want to carry. The 8-inch twist rate stabilizes the full range of 6.5 Creedmoor loads—from 120-grain varmint rounds to heavy hunting bullets—making it versatile enough for multiple seasons and game.
