The Unity Tactical ModButton Lite Corner Laser Mount is a streamlined remote switch and laser interface designed for shooters running modern weapon light setups with integrated laser capability. If you're building a duty, tactical, or hunting rifle with a light and laser combo, this compact switch gives you momentary-only activation of both systems from a single control point on the rail—no fumbling between two separate buttons. The ModButton Lite inherits the high-power cable and proven switch mechanism from Unity's original ModButton, but drops weight and bulk to fit tight forends and corner-mount positions where real estate is at a premium.

This is a mounting solution for shooters who've standardized on the NATO Crane-Spec laser interface—that MIL-STD port you'll find on quality tactical lasers from Steiner, L-3, B.E. Meyers, and others. The switch itself is fully potted injection-molded polymer, built to shrug off hard use, moisture, and temperature swings without degrading. One of Unity's smarter moves: backward compatibility. You get a SureFire-compatible cable lead in the box, so the ModButton Lite plays nice with SureFire Scout bodies, Arisaka designs, and Modlite heads—plus older SureFire UE and DS00 tail caps. If you're running the newer UNITY LINK System or pairing a laser with a high-output light, the dual-lead option with standard 7-inch cables covers both. An optional M-LOK mounting bracket is sold separately if you need to secure it directly to your handguard; the standard package assumes you're running it on a Mil-Std M1913 rail.

Compact and durable, the ModButton Lite is engineered for operators and serious hunters who demand both light and laser without sacrificing ergonomics or adding unnecessary weight to their rifle setup.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the ModButton Lite work with my SureFire light and Steiner laser?

Yes. The switch includes a SureFire-compatible cable lead and is designed for NATO Crane-Spec laser ports, which Steiner uses. You can run both systems from this single switch without additional adapters.

Is this compatible with my Modlite light?

Yes. Unity Tactical manufactures the ModButton Lite exclusively for the Modlite brand and it supports the full power delivery needed by Modlite's high-output heads. It's also backward compatible with older SureFire and Arisaka Scout-pattern bodies.

What's included in the box?

The ModButton Lite switch, the Mil-Std M1913 rail mount, and a SureFire-compatible cable lead with standard 7-inch cable length for dual-lead configuration (or 4.5-inch for single-lead). An optional M-LOK mounting bracket is sold separately if you need direct handguard attachment.

Is the ModButton Lite waterproof and durable for hunting or tactical use?

The switch is fully potted—meaning the internals are encapsulated in a protective compound—which provides excellent resistance to moisture, dust, and temperature extremes. The housing is impact-resistant polymer designed for harsh field conditions.
