The TriStar TT-15A is a dedicated trap shotgun built for shooters who demand precision and versatility at the clay range. This 12-gauge is available in both 32" and 34" barrel configurations, letting you dial in the setup that matches your swing and sight picture. Whether you're stepping into competitive trap or honing your technique, the TT-15A combines practical features with the kind of build quality you'd expect from a purpose-built trap gun.

What sets the TT-15A apart is its thoughtful competition-focused design. The raised target rib features three adjustment points, so you can dial in your sight picture without swapping guns. The adjustable comb lets you find the perfect cheek weld for your face and shooting style—critical when you're after consistency. A fiber optic sight helps you acquire targets quickly, even in varied light, and the color-coded extended chokes (Beretta/Benelli Mobile pattern) give you flexibility to match your shooting conditions.

The ergonomic palm swell keeps your shooting hand locked in, reducing fatigue during long practice sessions or tournament days. This isn't a jack-of-all-trades gun; it's engineered specifically for trap shooting, which means every feature pulls in one direction: helping you break clays reliably. If you're serious about trap or ready to get serious about it, the TT-15A deserves a hard look.

Frequently Asked Questions

What barrel length should I choose for trap shooting?

The TT-15A comes in 32" and 34" barrels. Longer barrels (34") typically provide a longer sight plane and can feel smoother in the swing for some shooters, while 32" offers slightly quicker handling. Your choice depends on your personal preference, shooting style, and what feels best when you mount the gun.

Are the chokes compatible with other shotguns?

The TT-15A uses Beretta/Benelli Mobile choke tubes. If you have other shotguns with the same Mobile choke pattern, you can swap tubes between them. Check your other shotgun's manual to confirm compatibility.

Can I adjust the comb and rib to my setup?

Yes. The adjustable comb lets you customize your cheek position for a consistent mount, and the raised target rib has three adjustment points so you can dial in your sight picture. This flexibility helps you dial in the gun to your preferred sight picture and shooting style.

Is this gun suitable for competitive trap?

The TT-15A is a dedicated trap shotgun with purpose-built features—adjustable comb, target rib, extended chokes, and fiber optic sight—designed specifically for trap shooting, whether you're practicing or competing.
