The Trailblazer Lifecard 22LR polymer folding handgun redefines what "backup gun" means. This single-shot .22 caliber pistol folds down to credit-card dimensions—literally thinner than a stack of cards at just half an inch thick and weighing less than 7 ounces. It's engineered for the outdoorsman, prepper, or shooter who refuses to compromise on capability because of size constraints. Whether you're hiking backcountry, traveling, or keeping a last-resort defensive option close without the bulk, the Lifecard is the kind of gun you'll actually have with you when you need it.

Design matters when a firearm lives in a pocket or pack. The Lifecard's no-snag profile and sleek folding action mean it won't catch on clothing or gear during deployment. Unfold it, and you get a full-size grip that feels natural in hand, despite the gun's diminutive footprint. The ambidextrous controls work equally well for lefties and righties—no configuration needed. The barrel and action fold securely, and the gun won't fire when closed, giving you peace of mind in storage or transit.

Built from aircraft-grade aluminum, steel internals, and polymer housings with a corrosion-resistant finish, the Lifecard is made in the USA and built to last. A spring-loaded storage compartment in the grip holds three extra .22LR or .22WMR rounds, so you're never completely without backup ammunition. Closed length is 3.375 inches; height is 2.125 inches. It's the kind of thoughtful engineering that separates a gimmick from a genuine tool.

This isn't a range gun or a primary carry piece. It's insurance—compact, lightweight, and always with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes the Lifecard different from a traditional backup gun?

Size and weight. At 0.5 inches thick and under 7 ounces, the Lifecard folds to fit in a pocket, daypack, or even a wallet slot—places where a conventional backup gun simply won't go. It's designed for shooters and outdoorspeople who demand genuine portability without sacrificing a firing grip.

Can I carry this folded, and is it safe?

Yes. The Lifecard won't fire when folded, which is a built-in safety feature. You can confidently carry it closed in a pack, pocket, or bag without worrying about accidental discharge.

What's included in the ammunition storage?

The grip has a spring-loaded compartment that holds 3 extra .22LR or .22WMR rounds, so you have backup ammunition immediately available. You'll need to source ammunition separately.

Is the Lifecard ambidextrous?

Yes, completely. All controls are ambidextrous, so it works equally well for left- and right-handed shooters without any modifications or configuration.
