The Tikka T3X Roughtech Ranch in .223 Rem with 16" threaded barrel is a no-nonsense varmint and predator rifle built for ranch work, farm security, and quick dispatching from truck or tractor. This is the rifle you grab when you need accuracy, reliability, and the ability to run optics right out of the box. The .223 Rem chambering delivers the velocity and flat trajectory varmint hunters and ranchers expect, while the cold hammer-forged threaded barrel ensures sub-MOA accuracy and gives you the option to add a suppressor or muzzle device tailored to your setup.
Tikka built the Roughtech Ranch to handle rough country and rougher conditions. The Roughtech finish on the synthetic stock delivers a secure grip even when your hands are wet, muddy, or gloved—essential when you're working land in any weather. The stock is foam-filled in the rear to dampen noise, and the modular design means you can swap pistol grips (sold separately) to adjust your shooting geometry or change the forend width for stability when it counts. That modularity keeps the rifle adaptable without requiring gunsmithing.
Out of the box, the T3X is ready for glass. The integrated 0 MOA 1913 Picatinny rail accepts virtually any modern optic platform, and the addition of a 17mm dovetail mount gives you flexibility if you prefer that standard. The adjustable single-stage trigger breaks cleanly anywhere from 2 to 4 pounds, letting you dial in the pull weight you prefer. A two-position safety and detachable 3+1 magazine round out a practical, field-ready package. Cold hammer-forged carbon steel barrel, bolt action, synthetic furniture—everything here is designed to work hard and last.
