The Sightmark Jackhammer SD is a .22 LR semiautomatic pistol built for shooters who want reliable, affordable trigger time at the range or in the field. If you're looking for a .22 LR pistol for plinking, target practice, or precision shooting, the Jackhammer delivers straightforward functionality with a modern platform. Its blowback action and magazine-fed design keep things simple—no fuss, just consistent performance in a compact package that won't break the bank or your wrist.

The Jackhammer's 5 3/8-inch barrel strikes a balance between portability and sight radius, while the aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum construction keeps overall weight down to 2.5 pounds. That light, handy profile makes it easy to carry and control, whether you're shooting off a bench, from standing position, or working through a high-round-count practice session. The Picatinny rail on top gives you mounting flexibility for optics or iron sight upgrades, so you're not locked into factory sights.

Magazine flexibility is a genuine advantage here: you get your choice of 10-round stick magazines for compact carry and quick reloads, or you can swap in a 50-round drum when you want extended range time without constant magazine changes. Ambidextrous safety controls ensure both lefties and righties can operate the gun without fumbling. At 16.5 to 16.875 inches overall, it's a no-nonsense .22 that fits the sweet spot between a traditional target pistol and a fun-to-shoot plinker.
