The SilencerCo 22Sparrow SS suppressor is a stainless steel rimfire silencer built for shooters who want practical noise reduction without fuss. Designed around three core principles—simplicity, durability, and easy maintenance—the 22Sparrow handles .22 LR, .17 HMR, .22 Mag, .22 Hornet, and 5.7x28mm, making it a genuinely versatile choice for everything from quiet backyard plinking to small-game hunting and rimfire training. It's the shortest rimfire suppressor on the market at just over 5 inches long, yet delivers the quietest 10-round average in its class, averaging 112.7 dB on .22 LR.

What sets the 22Sparrow apart is its patented Multi-Part Containment (MPC) internal design. Instead of a monolithic tube you can't service, the core features two half-tubes that separate cleanly from a solid center section. That matters because .22 LR is notoriously dirty, and most rimfire suppressors become a chore to clean after a few hundred rounds. The 22Sparrow's construction keeps cleaning simple and fast, even after 2,000 rounds between services. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion from powder residue and rimfire grime, so it stays reliable in the field or on the bench.

Built tough enough for full-auto fire, the 22Sparrow is equally at home on a semi-auto rifle, pistol, or bolt gun. Weighing 6.5 ounces and measuring 1.06 inches in diameter, it balances suppression performance with handling that doesn't feel clunky. If you're running a rimfire platform—whether for hunting, competition, pest control, or just reducing noise at the range—the 22Sparrow delivers the quietest, cleanest .22 suppressor available.

Frequently Asked Questions

What calibers does the 22Sparrow work with?

The 22Sparrow is rated for .22 LR, .17 HMR, .22 Mag, .22 Hornet, and 5.7x28mm. This multi-caliber compatibility makes it a flexible choice if you shoot more than one rimfire platform.

Is the 22Sparrow easy to clean?

Yes. The patented Multi-Part Containment design lets you separate the two half-tubes from the monolithic core without tools. This makes it simple to brush out .22 LR fouling quickly, which is essential for maintaining rimfire suppressors over time.

Can I use this on a full-auto gun?

Yes. The 22Sparrow is rated for full-auto fire, so it's safe to use on automatic rimfire platforms.

How short is it compared to other .22 suppressors?

At 5.08 inches long, the 22Sparrow is the shortest rimfire suppressor on the market, so it won't significantly extend your gun's overall length or affect handling.
