The Sig Sauer P365 Tactical Holster for left-hand carry brings serious modularity to everyday concealed carry. Built around a minimalist IWB design, this left-hand holster works as an appendix carry rig straight out of the box but adapts to strong-side or other positions with a simple swap of the concealment strut. If you carry a P365-XMACRO—with or without a ROMEOZero mounted—this holster is engineered to keep you comfortable, concealed, and in control of your draw all day.
Comfort and concealment work together here through a built-in concealment strut that leverages against your belt to press the grip naturally into your body. The strut itself adjusts for belt height, so you dial in the exact carry position that works for your body and wardrobe. The hardware is fully captured by channels in the strut back, keeping everything locked in place during adjustment. And if you want to switch from appendix to a different strong-side position, you can pull the strut entirely—the holster retains full function without it, and all the hardware ships with the unit.
Retention and ride height tune themselves to your needs. A double-finger metal belt clip handles security with proven staying power, and both cant and ride height adjust by loosening the clip screws, shifting the clip, and re-tightening. Tension screws under the trigger guard let you fine-tune holster grip on the gun within a sensible range. The clip itself rides on a custom-formed Kydex wing that flexes just enough to stay comfortable without sacrificing support. The factory optic relief cut accommodates your ROMEOZero if you run one.
