The Savage Arms B22 Magnum F is a 22 WMR rimfire rifle built for shooters who want reliable, accurate performance in a lightweight, easy-handling package. At just 5.5 pounds, this right-handed sporter delivers the flat trajectory and knockdown power of magnum rimfire in a gun that won't wear you out on a day of plinking, varmint hunting, or precision rimfire shooting. The 21-inch barrel and 39-inch overall length strike a practical balance between velocity and maneuverability, making it equally at home in the field or at the range.
What sets the B22 Magnum F apart is Savage's attention to trigger quality and build integrity. The AccuTrigger system delivers a clean, predictable break—a feature usually reserved for centerfire rifles—so you can focus on shot placement rather than fighting the trigger. The detachable rotary magazine holds 10 rounds and locks in solidly, whether you're running rapid strings or methodical precision work. The matte black carbon steel barrel sheds glare and handles field conditions without fuss.
Topped with a synthetic stock, this rimfire handles moisture and temperature swings without the warping or finish issues that plague wood furniture. The 1-in-16 twist rate is optimized for the ballistic profile of modern 22 WMR ammunition, ensuring the bullet stays stable downrange. If you shoot 22 magnum and want a rifle that performs above the typical rimfire standard, the B22 Magnum F earns a hard look.

This rifle excels at varmint hunting, plinking, and rimfire target shooting where the flat trajectory and power of 22 WMR gives you an edge over standard 22 LR. The light weight and compact length make it easy to carry, and the AccuTrigger supports precision work at extended rimfire distances.
Can I mount an optic on the Savage B22 Magnum F?

What ammunition does it use?
This rifle is chambered in 22 WMR (22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire). Make sure you load 22 WMR ammo—do not attempt to fire 22 LR or any other cartridge in this gun.
