The Savage Arms 110 Lightweight Storm in .223 Rem is a no-nonsense sporter rifle built for shooters who refuse to compromise between accuracy and portability. At 6.5 pounds, this right-handed bolt-action carries like a hunter's rifle but shoots like a precision platform—ideal for varmint work, predator hunting, or range shooting where repeatability matters. The .223 Rem cartridge delivers proven ballistics across a spectrum of field conditions, and the 20-inch barrel keeps the overall length manageable at just over 39 inches while maintaining velocity and ease of handling in tight terrain or from a truck rest.
What sets the 110 Lightweight Storm apart is engineering that prioritizes both consistency and ergonomics. The AccuTrigger delivers a clean, predictable break every time—a Savage signature that cuts out the guesswork when you're making precision shots. A spiral-fluted bolt not only shaves weight but also improves strength-to-weight ratio and aids extraction. The stainless steel barrel resists corrosion in damp or harsh conditions, finished in matte to eliminate glare and reduce maintenance burden. The detachable box magazine lets you swap ammunition types or top off quickly without disassembling the action.
The synthetic stock strikes a practical balance: it's durable, weather-resistant, and lightweight—perfect for field use where wood swells and shifts with humidity. Adjustable length of pull means you can dial the fit to your frame, and that adjustment doesn't eat into build quality or introduce flex. This is a rifle that respects the mission: whether you're running coyote at dawn or punching paper at the range, the 110 Lightweight Storm handles the work.
