The Rossi RS22 semi-automatic .22 Mag rifle delivers reliable, accurate performance for small-game hunting and target shooting in a lightweight, handy package. Built on a proven rimfire platform, this 21-inch barrel rifle chambers the potent .22 Magnum round—a step up in power and range compared to standard .22 LR—while the semi-auto action lets you place follow-up shots fast when you need them. The tan polymer stock paired with matte black steel frame and barrel gives you a clean, modern look that works in the field or on the range, and at 5.6 pounds, the RS22 won't weigh you down on all-day hunting trips or extended range sessions.
One of the smartest features for a rifle at this price point is the factory-installed Picatinny rail. That means you can mount your favorite optic straight out of the box without hunting for compatible accessories—just grab your scope or red dot and get to work. The 10-round magazine keeps you in the action longer between reloads, and the cross-bolt trigger safety is straightforward and reliable, giving you confidence in safe handling whether you're new to rimfire rifles or seasoned behind the trigger.
If you're looking for an affordable, no-fuss .22 Magnum semi-auto for varmint control, plinking, or introducing a shooter to centerfire-style handling in a mild recoiling package, the RS22 punches above its weight class. The combination of extended range over standard .22 LR, fast repeat shots, and that included rail make it a practical choice for hunters and shooters who want performance without the premium price tag.
