The Rossi Gallery .22LR pump action rifle brings back a timeless American classic—the elegant, fun-to-shoot gallery rifle that dominated shooting ranges and hunting camps for generations. This black synthetic version pairs authentic styling with practical performance, making it an excellent choice for shooters who want a reliable, hands-on .22 that won't break the bank or demand constant maintenance. Whether you're introducing a new shooter to pump actions, plinking at steel or paper, or taking small game in the field, the Gallery delivers genuine shooting enjoyment in a compact, manageable platform.
The 18-inch barrel keeps the overall length trim at just under 36 inches, ideal for maneuvering in tight spaces or carrying comfortably for extended sessions. The 15-round tube magazine feeds smoothly and gives you plenty of shots before reloading—a nice bonus for target practice or predator control. The matte black finish resists glare and shows less wear than polished surfaces, and the durable synthetic furniture stands up to field use and varying weather without the fuss of wood maintenance.
Shooting control is straightforward: the cross-bolt safety sits within easy reach, and the fully adjustable fiber optic sights let you dial in your zero quickly and dial elevation on the fly. The pump action itself is the real draw—smooth, mechanical, and intuitive. Every shot requires a deliberate cycle, which slows your pace just enough to build better fundamentals while keeping the experience engaging and tactile. At 82.7 ounces, it balances light enough for all-day handling with enough heft to manage recoil and maintain sight picture.
This is a rifle that respects the heritage of American .22 culture while standing ready for actual use. No frills, no unnecessary complications—just honest engineering in a package that's fun to shoot and built to last.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Rossi Gallery pump action good for beginners?
Absolutely. The pump action is intuitive and teaches solid shooting mechanics—you can't rush it, which naturally builds better habits. The .22 LR is low-recoil and inherently accurate, and the adjustable sights let new shooters dial in their zero without guesswork. It's a great platform for learning.
What's the magazine capacity and how fast can I shoot?
The tube magazine holds 15 rounds. With a pump action, your rate of fire is limited only by your ability to work the action and press the trigger—typically 2 to 4 controlled shots per second, depending on the shooter. It's designed for deliberate, accurate shooting rather than rapid fire.
Can I use the fiber optic sights or do I need a scope?
The fully adjustable fiber optic sights are ready to go out of the box. They work great for target shooting and small-game hunting at typical ranges. If you want to add a scope or red dot, the rifle will accept standard mounting hardware, but the factory sights are reliable and effective as-shipped.
What's this rifle best suited for?
The Gallery shines for target plinking, competitive .22 shooting, introducing new shooters to pump actions, and small-game hunting (rabbits, squirrels, varmints). Its compact size and low recoil make it comfortable for extended range sessions, and the 15-round capacity is handy for both practice and control work.
