The Remington 870 SPS Super Magnum 12 gauge is the workhorse pump shotgun purpose-built for hunters who demand versatility and reliability. This 20-inch-barreled version balances maneuverability with a vent rib for consistent sight picture, and its 3½-inch chamber accepts full-power magnum loads, standard 3-inch shells, and traditional 2¾-inch ammunition—meaning you're never locked into one type of round. The Kryptek Obskura camo finish breaks up your outline in field and timber, while the Sure Shot synthetic thumbhole grip provides solid control and leverage through recoil.

Built on a time-tested steel receiver, this 870 SPS arrives drilled and tapped for optics, so adding a scope or red dot is straightforward. The single bead front sight gives you a quick aiming reference out of the box, and the included Tru Glo red dot sight lets you mount a modern optic without gunsmithing. Sling studs on the mag cap and stock make it easy to rig for one-handed carry in brush or over a vehicle. The included Rem Choke tube (Turkey Extra Full) gets you started, and the gun is compatible with Rem Choke aftermarket tubes, so you can swap in options for different game and distances.

If you're after a do-it-all home-defense, hunting, and sport-shooting pump gun, the 870 SPS Super Magnum delivers the dependable performance Remington's pump-action platform has earned over decades. Its shorter profile and manageable length of pull (13.75 inches) suit most shooters in a practical home or truck setup.
