The PTR Vent1 7.62x51 titanium rifle suppressor brings next-generation sound suppression to .308 Winchester and similar full-power rifle platforms. Built with sintered titanium and PTR's proprietary Purposely Induced Porosity (PIP) technology, this suppressor is engineered to deliver serious noise reduction while staying lightweight enough for practical hunting and range use. The monolithic 3D-printed body eliminates traditional baffle stacks and their associated weak points, giving you a suppressor designed to handle full-auto fire and the rigors of demanding shooters.

What sets the Vent1 apart is how PTR's PIP process lets engineers control the material's strength, density, heat capacity, and thermal conductivity in ways traditional manufacturing simply can't match. That means better gas expansion control, superior heat dissipation, and a suppressor that won't fail when you need it most. The PVD-coated finish resists corrosion and handles everything from wet brush to desert dust without breaking a sweat.

Weighing just 12.3 ounces and measuring 8.74 inches long, the Vent1 stays compact and balanced on your rifle. It ships with a direct-thread adapter in 5/8x24 pitch—standard on most .308 rifles—and the 1.75-inch diameter means it won't interfere with most scopes or iron sights. Whether you're running a bolt gun for long-range work or an AR-10 at the range, this is a suppressor built to last and perform in real conditions.
