The Patriot Ordnance Revolution 308 Win rifle is a compact, lightweight battle rifle built on AR-15-scale dimensions—a rare feat for a .308 platform. By leveraging 5.56 bolt carrier components and other shared architecture, POF-USA engineered a true short-stroke piston rifle that weighs just 6.8 lbs and collapses to 34 inches, making it ideal for hunters and shooters who need rifle power in a package that doesn't sacrifice handling or speed. The 16.5-inch barrel delivers full .308 Winchester performance in a profile that works as hard in brush as it does on the range.
Where the Revolution stands apart is its intelligent design philosophy: the barrel extension, bolt assembly, upper and lower receivers share the exact dimensions of an AR-15, meaning your existing furniture and accessories knowledge transfers directly. The rifle ships with a 5-position adjustable gas piston system tuned for reliability across a wide spectrum of .308 loads. That piston-driven action runs cool and clean, a real advantage in a gun you'll actually shoot hard. The nitride-treated, fluted barrel resists corrosion and sheds heat quickly, and the single-stage match-grade trigger breaks cleanly—shooter's choice matters on game.
The Edge Handguard isn't just a shooter's interface; it's built for modularity. Four QD mounts mean you can attach lights, slings, or other mission-specific gear without asking permission from proprietary mounting schemes. M-LOK slots provide additional attachment points. Furniture is Mission First Tactical, proven in the field. The billet receiver set is fully ambidextrous and finished in black anodized steel, while the nickel-plated bolt carrier shrugs off wear and corrosion. You get one 20-round magazine and a 3-port muzzle brake that helps manage recoil in a rifle this nimble.
This is the rifle for the shooter who refuses to choose between accuracy, manners, and speed. Whether you're hunting at distance, running a precision rifle course, or building a modern .308 rifle that actually feels like an extension of your body, the Revolution delivers without compromise.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes the Revolution different from other compact .308 rifles?
The Revolution uses AR-15-scale upper and lower receivers, barrel extension, and bolt assembly—the same footprint as a standard modern rifle platform. Most compact .308 rifles use proprietary or alternative architectures. Here, POF-USA leveraged 5.56 bolt carrier components and a 5-position adjustable gas piston to achieve a truly lightweight, maneuverable .308 that weighs just 6.8 lbs without gimmick or compromise. If you know the AR-15 platform, you know this gun.
Is the Revolution suitable for hunting and long-range shooting?
Yes. The 16.5-inch barrel and 1:10 twist deliver full .308 Winchester ballistics. The match-grade trigger breaks cleanly for precision work, and the piston-driven system runs reliably across a broad spectrum of factory loads. The compact size and light weight make it equally at home in thick cover or at distance. The included 20-round magazine supports extended range sessions, and the four QD mounts on the handguard let you attach a light or sling for different missions.
Can I use standard AR-15 parts and accessories on the Revolution?
Yes, within reason. The upper and lower receivers, barrel extension, and bolt assembly are AR-15-scale, so standard AR ergonomics and many common parts fit. The handguard uses M-LOK and includes four QD mounts for modularity. That said, some AR-15 parts are optimized for 5.56 pressures and cycling rates, so always verify compatibility with .308 and piston-driven operation before installation.
What's included with the rifle?
The Revolution ships with one 20-round magazine and a 3-port muzzle brake. The Edge Handguard comes factory-installed with four integrated QD mounts and M-LOK slots for further customization.
