If you're running a Surefire M620 or Millennium-series light (M951, M952, M962) and want the flexibility of offset mounting—whether that's keeping your light clear of a front sight or shifting it for hand position and optics clearance—this adapter makes it possible. The recessed profile keeps things sleek and snag-free.

Arisaka engineered this in 6061-T651 aluminum and hard-coat anodized it to mil-spec (Type III). It's machined in the USA and built tough enough for duty and field use. The adapter comes with the screws you need to mate your light body, so you're not hunting for hardware.

Keep in mind: the Offset M620 Adapter is the bridge only—you'll need a compatible Arisaka Offset Scout Mount or Side Scout Mount (KeyMod, M-Lok, or CMR versions) to complete the setup. Picatinny mounts won't work with this adapter. Install takes an Allen wrench and a TorxPlus driver, neither of which ship in the box.
