The Magpul MS3 Gen2 Single QD sling is a versatile rifle sling built for shooters who need to switch between one-point and two-point carry without breaking their setup. Unlike traditional fixed-configuration slings, this one lets you transition fast—QD (quick-disconnect) swivel attachment at the rear, Paraclip shackle up front—so you can go from hands-free carry to dynamic two-point support in seconds. It's purpose-built for modern rifles and AR platforms, and it works with the gear you likely already have mounted.

The heart of the MS3 Gen2 is its low-profile MS1 slider, a redesigned single-hand adjustment mechanism that keeps bulk off your kit while letting you tighten or loosen length smoothly and reliably. The webbing is 1.25 inches wide—wider than typical slings for load distribution—in rugged nylon treated with a near-infrared (NIR) coating to reduce thermal signature. All the hardware is Magpul polymer and steel case-hardened with a QPQ salt bath nitride finish, meaning it'll handle abuse and weather without degrading. The sling is made in the USA and is 100% Berry Amendment compliant.

Length adjusts across a nominal 48-60 inch range with 10 inches of slider play, so it fits everything from a smaller-framed shooter in light gear to someone running body armor or plate carriers. The rear QD attachment works with Magpul ASAP mounts, other QD sling sockets, end plates, and compatible buttstocks.
