The Luth AR 16" Bull Rifle Carbon Kit (No Lower) is a nearly complete AR platform build solution designed for shooters who want to assemble their own rifle without starting from scratch. This kit includes everything except the stripped lower receiver—you'll need to source a mil-spec lower separately—making it ideal for builders who already have one on hand or prefer to choose their own. The fluted bull barrel, vented handguard, and included lower parts kit mean you can have a functional AR with solid performance right out of the box once assembly is complete.
The heart of this kit is the assembled upper receiver featuring a 16-inch fluted bull barrel in .223 Remington, machined from 416 stainless steel with a 1-9 right-hand twist and M4 feed ramp. The threaded muzzle (1/2 x 28 pitch) accommodates standard suppressors or brakes. A .936-diameter low-profile gas block and rifle-length gas tube handle the gas system, while the A2 flash hider comes installed. The upper is fully assembled and ready to drop onto your lower, which means less work on your end and fewer opportunities for assembly mistakes.
The 15-slot KeyMod vented handguard provides modern accessory mounting flexibility without adding unnecessary weight, and you get your choice of buttstock: either the fixed MBA-1 or adjustable MBA-3. The complete lower parts kit (.223/5.56) rounds out the package, covering all the internal springs, pins, and trigger assembly components you'll need.
