The LSI Carbon Stalker 6.5 Creedmoor rifle delivers serious lightweight performance for hunters who cover ground on foot. Built on a Howa action and wrapped in a custom carbon fiber stock, this 22-inch short-action rifle tips the scales at just 4 lbs 10 oz—light enough to carry all day without fatigue, yet rigid enough to shoot accurately when it matters. The 6.5 Creedmoor chambering is a proven medium-range hunting round with excellent ballistics and modest recoil, making it equally at home hunting whitetail, mule deer, or medium game across varied terrain.
The carbon fiber stock isn't just for show. It's engineered to be a working tool: it resists weather, won't swell or warp like wood, and gives you a modern, purpose-built platform. The rifle comes equipped with an ACCUBLOCK lug bed for consistent accuracy, a three-position safety for positive control, and a LIMBSAVER buttpad to manage recoil and noise. The Kryptek Altitude camo finish blends into open country, brushy terrain, and high-elevation environments where western hunters spend their season.
This is a rifle built for the hunter who values efficiency—less weight in the pack means more energy in your legs and steadier aim after the hike. Whether you're glassing from a ridge, stalking timber, or taking a stand, the Carbon Stalker's combination of minimal weight, field-proven caliber, and carbon construction makes it a smart choice for serious mountain or backcountry hunting.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the LSI Carbon Stalker 6.5 Creedmoor good for hunting deer?
Yes. The 6.5 Creedmoor is well-suited for deer hunting, offering solid accuracy, moderate recoil, and effective terminal performance on medium-sized game. The lightweight design also makes it ideal for the walking and stalking involved in most deer hunts.
How does the carbon fiber stock perform in wet or cold conditions?
Carbon fiber is inherently weather-resistant and won't absorb moisture, swell, or warp in temperature changes the way wood stocks can. This stability supports consistent accuracy and requires minimal maintenance in field conditions.
What comes with the rifle—does it include a magazine?
The product record confirms the short-action model comes with a detachable magazine. Check with Bosque Outdoors for any included accessories or what may need to be purchased separately.
Will the Kryptek Altitude camo work for my hunting environment?
Kryptek Altitude is designed for open country, rocky terrain, and high-elevation hunting. It works well in sagebrush, alpine, and arid environments common in western big-game hunting. If you hunt primarily in timber or thick brush, you may want to consider a different finish option.
