The Kriss Vector SDP G2 .40 S&W is a distinctive tactical pistol built around the company's signature delayed-blowback operating system. This 5.5" threaded barrel model brings the mechanical innovation that made the original Vector platform stand out—purposeful engineering aimed at shooters who want something genuinely different from the striker-fired standard. Whether you're building a specialized duty rig, setting up for suppressed shooting, or just appreciate unconventional ergonomics and handling, the Vector SDP G2 rewards the shooter who takes time to understand its design.
The threaded barrel opens options for sound suppression or muzzle devices, a practical feature for shooters serious about noise reduction or precision work. The 15-round magazine capacity in .40 S&W gives you respectable on-board ammunition for a compact platform. The full black finish is clean and purpose-built—no attempts at flair, just durable coating on a gun designed to work.
If you're comparing this to the sea of conventional polymer-frame pistols out there, the Kriss Vector SDP G2 occupies a different space. Its recoil mitigation through delayed blowback geometry means less muzzle rise and a different firing experience than traditional direct-blowback designs. That makes it worth a close look if you've grown tired of the typical product portfolio and want a rifle-influenced design in pistol form.
