The Kriss Vector CRB G2 in .40 S&W is a semi-automatic rifle built around Kriss USA's proprietary delayed-blowback operating system—technology designed to manage recoil and keep your sight picture steady through rapid fire. This 16-inch barreled rifle combines a compact profile with genuine shootability, making it equally at home on the range, in tactical training, or as an alternative to traditional rifle platforms for home defense. The flat dark earth finish and modern ergonomics give it clean, functional aesthetics without the hype.
Built with advanced metal and polymer composite materials, the Vector CRB G2 weighs just 7.8 pounds unloaded, so it won't tire you out during extended range sessions. The collapsed length of 35.25 inches and extended length of 38.5 inches mean you get a compact rifle that doesn't sacrifice handling or sight radius. The 15-round magazine capacity in .40 S&W gives you practical firepower for centerfire rifle applications without excessive footprint. This is a purpose-built platform, not a conversion or an afterthought—Kriss engineered this from the ground up around the .40 cartridge.
If you're looking for something unconventional that actually works, or you want to explore the Vector platform without the full-size footprint, the CRB G2 rewards familiarity with its system and delivers consistent, controllable performance. The delayed-blowback design does real work managing impulse, which translates to faster follow-up accuracy and easier sight tracking than you'd expect from a .40 semi-auto rifle.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Kriss Vector CRB G2 chambered in 9mm or only .40 S&W?
This model is chambered exclusively in .40 S&W. If you're looking for a Vector platform in a different caliber, Kriss offers other configurations, but this CRB G2 is purpose-built around the .40 cartridge.
What makes the delayed-blowback system different from standard rifle operation?
The Kriss KSV delayed-blowback system is a patented design that manages the forces of firing to reduce felt recoil and muzzle rise. This helps you track your sights more easily and recover faster between shots compared to conventional operating systems, especially valuable in centerfire rifle applications.
How compact is the Vector CRB G2 compared to a standard rifle?
With a collapsed length of 35.25 inches and an extended length of 38.5 inches, the Vector CRB G2 offers a very compact profile while maintaining a full 16-inch barrel. It's designed to work in tight spaces without compromising sight radius or handling.
