The Hi-Point 4095TSCA .40 S&W semi-auto carbine is a straightforward, American-made rifle built for shooters who want a no-frills platform that gets the job done. Chambered in .40 S&W, this California-compliant carbine pairs a 17.5-inch barrel with a 10-shot magazine, delivering a compact, manageable package that weighs just 7.5 lbs and measures 32 inches overall. It's the kind of rifle that appeals to shooters who prioritize function over fashion—whether you're working a defensive scenario, putting rounds downrange at the range, or keeping a reliable carbine within arm's reach.

Every Hi-Point 4095TSCA is assembled in the USA with American-made parts, and the carbine ships with a free trigger lock for safe storage. The all-weather black polymer stock and California-compliant paddle grip are built to handle daily use without fussing over finish. The quick on/off thumb safety is positioned for intuitive operation, while the grip-mounted clip release keeps your reload workflow simple. Weaver-style rails give you mounting options for optics or accessories, and adjustable peep sights come standard for backup aiming.

The 4095TSCA is engineered with practical features that keep you shooting: an internal recoil buffer in the stock absorbs impulse, last-round lock-open functionality ejects the magazine when you fire the final round, and the skeletonized stock design sheds weight without sacrificing rigidity. This is a rifle built for the shooter who doesn't need marketing—just reliable function, American assembly, and a fighting price.
