Griffin Silencer Checkmate HD 22 - High-Performance .22 Caliber Suppressor
Griffin Armament
The Griffin Armament Bushwhacker 36 Cal multi-caliber suppressor is a versatile can built for shooters who run everything from rimfire to magnum rifle rounds on the same platform. If you hunt with multiple calibers, shoot steel matches across different guns, or just want one suppressor that handles .22 LR through .350 Legend rifles plus pistol calibers up to 9mm, the Bushwhacker 36 consolidates your gear without forcing compromise on performance. The modular design and Griffin's patented tech mean you get real sound reduction across the board—not a jack-of-all-trades, master-of-none afterthought.
Griffin engineered the Bushwhacker 36 with their patented Ratchet-LOK end cap system, which lets you swap caliber-specific end caps to optimize sound signature on smaller rounds. The ECO-FLOW baffle design cuts back-pressure, keeping bolt carrier velocity predictable and reducing wear on your firearms. The whole package is user-serviceable, so when carbon builds up over thousands of rounds, you can break it down and clean it yourself—no shipping it back to the manufacturer every time.
The can attaches via a 1.375x24 threaded rear interface, giving you mount flexibility. It's fully compatible with Griffin's own Taper Mount ecosystem (Hammer Comp, Linear Comp, and long flash devices) using the included Plan-A or Plan-A XL. You can also run it with CAM-LOK, EZ-LOK, or DUAL-LOK systems. If you shoot pistol, the universal piston system supports 3-lug quick-detach setups with a 9mm booster piston housing. At 7.2 inches long and 1.5 inches in diameter, it's compact enough for hunting and runs just 15 ounces in Taper Mount configuration or 16.9 ounces with the pistol piston system installed.
Built from 17-4 stainless steel (tube and front cap) with heat-treated H900 baffles and a black nitride finish, the Bushwhacker 36 is tough enough for field use and suppressed hard enough to make a difference at the range. Sound ratings peak at 136.8 dB on .308 Win, 132.7 dB on 5.56mm, 131.4 dB on subsonic .300 BLK, and 132 dB on 9mm.
