The Gforce Arms S16 Filthy Pheasant is a 410-gauge break-action over/under shotgun built for hunters who value a lightweight, nimble platform for upland game. At just 6.1 pounds with a 28-inch barrel, this is a gun that won't wear you out over a long day of working through brush and fields after pheasant, quail, or other small game. The walnut furniture and aluminum receiver strike a practical balance between durability and carry comfort—this is a working gun, not a safe queen.
The 410 gauge delivers inherent advantages for precision shooting at closer ranges typical of upland hunting. With five interchangeable Benelli Mobil-type chokes (Cylinder, Improved Cylinder, Modified, Improved Modified, and Full), you can dial in the right pattern for your hunting situation without swapping barrels or buying multiple guns. The ribbed barrel with front bead sight keeps your eye lined up where it needs to be, and the over/under action gives you two shots before reloading—one in each barrel.
At 45.5 inches overall, the S16 handles like a rifle in the upland field, quick to mount and fast to transition between targets. Threaded barrels give you the option to run accessories if your hunting style demands it. Whether you're a seasoned upland enthusiast or introducing someone to the sport, the Filthy Pheasant delivers the reliability and pointability that separates a day of productive hunting from just walking around with a gun.
