The GForce Arm GFY-1 Tactical 12ga bullpup semi-auto shotgun puts serious firepower into a remarkably compact platform. Built around the proven AR-pattern magazine-fed design, this 18.5-inch barreled 12-gauge delivers the handling and ergonomics of a modern tactical rifle in shotgun form—ideal for home defense, sport shooting, or tactical training where you need versatility without sacrificing maneuverability. At just 8 pounds and 28.5 inches overall, the GFY-1 bullpup is substantially shorter than a traditional shotgun, making it a natural fit for vehicle storage, tight quarters, or anyone who values a compact footprint without compromise.
The GFY-1 runs a proven gas-operated semi-auto system that cycles cleanly across the full range of 12-gauge loads. Its barrel is threaded to accept aftermarket chokes—it ships with a MOD choke—and sports flip-up front and rear sights right out of the box, so you're ready to work without additional accessories. The aluminum-bodied receiver is slick, and the full-length Picatinny rails on top and bottom give you serious real estate for optics, lights, and other tactical gear. Cerakote finish in USA bronze flag keeps things looking sharp while standing up to hard use.
The bullpup layout takes some shooters a moment to adapt to, but once familiar, it rewards you with lightning-fast target transitions and natural handling in confined spaces. Magazine-fed operation means fast reloads and the ability to keep spares on hand. Whether you're running carbine courses, competing in tactical shotgun events, or setting up a defensive shotgun that doesn't hog space in a safe, the GFY-1 brings modern ergonomics and flat-shooting reliability to 12-gauge performance.

Frequently Asked Questions
What magazines does the GFY-1 use?
The GForce Arm GFY-1 is built on an AR-pattern magazine-fed system, so it accepts standard AR-style magazines. This gives you compatibility with a huge aftermarket ecosystem and the ability to keep spare loaded mags ready.
Can I swap out the choke or attach other muzzle devices?
Yes. The barrel is threaded, and the shotgun ships with a MOD choke installed. You can swap chokes or thread-mount other devices to suit your needs.
Does it come with sights?
Yes. The GFY-1 includes flip-up front and rear sights, so it's ready to shoot out of the box. The top Picatinny rail also gives you plenty of room to mount an optic if you prefer.
Is the bullpup layout beginner-friendly?
The GFY-1's compact handling is a major advantage in tight spaces, but the bullpup magazine location (in the rear grip) is different from traditional shotguns. If you've shot AR-platform rifles or other bullpup weapons, you'll adapt quickly; first-time bullpup shooters should expect a brief familiarization period.
