The Eleven 10 Rigid Softt/Softt-W Case with Malice Clip is a hard-sided tourniquet carrier purpose-built for fast, reliable access when every second counts. This injection-molded case holds the SOFTT or SOFTT-Wide tourniquet securely via friction—no straps, snaps, or flaps to fumble with. Just grab and pull, and your TQ deploys. It's designed around gross motor skills, meaning you can draw your tourniquet efficiently even with wet or bloody hands, a critical advantage in high-stress medical scenarios on the range, in the field, or in duty applications.
Mounting flexibility is built in. The included Malice Clip attaches to any MOLLE/PALS webbing, while the case itself works with Blade-Tech, Safariland, and Tactical Tailor hardware solutions. Ride height and angle are adjustable—mount it vertical, horizontal, canted, or inverted depending on your rig and preference. A drainage hole at the base keeps water or blood from pooling, and the included medical ID PVC cross patch makes it instantly recognizable in a kit.
