The Daniel Defense Soundguard SG-30Ti suppressor is a titanium sound suppressor engineered for shooters who demand a lightweight, durable can that handles everything from .223 Remington through 300 PRC without compromise. Built around KGM's proprietary gas-flow technology, the SG-30Ti manages powder gases more intelligently than conventional designs—directing the blast forward rather than backward into your face, which means less toxic gas exposure and a clearer sight picture downrange. If you're running a modern rifle platform and want to shoot suppressed without the weight penalty or the frustration of poi shift, this is the kind of can that earns a permanent spot on your barrel.

What sets the SG-30Ti apart is the adjustable-port endcap, which lets you dial in recoil reduction whether you're shooting a lightweight .223 or a full-power magnum. The titanium construction—both tube and baffle stack—keeps the rig at just 15 oz (with mount), so you're not fighting extra mass at the muzzle. The included titanium adapter threads on via the standard HUB 1.375-24 UNS pattern, meaning you can swap between Daniel Defense and other suppressor-mounting standards like Keymo or ASR without buying new hardware. Direct-thread attachment is tool-free and repeatable, so you can spend your time shooting, not fussing with your gear.

Daniel Defense backs every SG-30Ti with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and manufactures it in the USA. At 7.75 inches long and 1.75 inches in diameter, it balances effectiveness with practical handling on hunting rifles, precision rigs, and duty carbines alike. The proprietary baffle stack and internal coating are tuned to crush flash signature, so you stay uncompromised whether you're hunting at dawn or running a low-light scenario.

Frequently Asked Questions

What calibers will the SG-30Ti work with?

The SG-30Ti is compatible with rifles chambered in .223 through 300 PRC, covering everything from .223 Rem and 5.56 NATO up to the magnum precision rounds. The adjustable-port endcap allows you to optimize performance across that entire range.

Does it fit my rifle's muzzle thread?

The SG-30Ti is threaded 5/8 × 24 TPI. It includes a titanium adapter with the HUB 1.375-24 UNS mounting standard, which also supports Keymo and ASR-style quick-detach systems. Verify your rifle's muzzle thread before ordering.

How much weight does this add to my rifle?

With the included mount, the SG-30Ti weighs just 15 oz. That's lightweight enough for hunting rifles and precision builds where barrel mass matters.

Can I swap this to different rifles easily?

Yes. The titanium adapter threads on and off without tools, so you can move the suppressor between rifles with the same 5/8 × 24 muzzle thread. The HUB standard mounting allows compatibility with other Keymo and ASR-equipped suppressors if you later add more cans to your collection.
