DAIR NOMAX 33 Silver Silencer with XEMAX Technology
The DAIR NOMAX 33 Silver Silencer with XEMAX Technology is a compact, lightweight big-bore suppressor engineered for precision rifle shooters who refuse to compromise on performance. Built from Grade 5 titanium and rated for .33XC cartridges up to 6800 ft-lbs of energy, this suppressor delivers the sound reduction serious long-range hunters and shooters demand without adding unnecessary weight to your rifle. At just 9.65 inches with the included Xemax adapter and 15.4 ounces total, the NOMAX 33 proves that effective suppression doesn't require a bulky, unwieldy can.
The NOMAX 33's design borrows from Dead Air's proven Nomad series baffle technology but optimized specifically for the extreme pressures of large-bore magnum cartridges. Its patented two-stage coaxial baffle system uses additive manufacturing—precision 3D printing—to achieve the perfect balance of strength and weight savings. The result is a suppressor that performs equally well on bolt-action precision rifles and semi-auto platforms, with the rigidity and bore diameter to work cleanly on gas guns too. The raw titanium satin bead-blasted finish resists corrosion and complements any build aesthetic.
Modularity is built in. The suppressor ships with a 5/8-24 Xemax muzzle brake and adapter, but the HUB-compatible socket accepts Xeno, KeyMo, and direct-thread adapters, so you can reconfigure your mounting system without guesswork or slippage. The replaceable front cap is compatible with all R-Series options, and aggressive tool features on the body and mount make adapter swaps straightforward in the field or shop. Whether you're building a custom .338 Lapua bolt gun or running a semi-auto platform, the NOMAX 33 adapts to your setup.
This is a suppressor built for serious distance work—where every ounce and inch matters, and where compromise isn't an option.

Frequently Asked Questions
What calibers and rifles is the NOMAX 33 rated for?
The NOMAX 33 is rated for .33XC cartridges with energy levels up to 6800 ft-lbs. It works on both bolt-action and semi-auto platforms. For .338 Lapua applications, a minimum barrel length of 18 inches is required. It is not full-auto rated. If you're unsure whether your specific cartridge or rifle configuration falls within safe parameters, contact us for guidance.
What mounting options does it support, and what comes in the box?
The NOMAX 33 ships with a 5/8-24 Xemax muzzle brake and Xemax adapter. The suppressor features a HUB-compatible socket that also accepts Xeno, KeyMo, and direct-thread adapters, so you can swap mounting systems without replacing the suppressor body. This modularity makes it easy to reconfigure for different rifles or to move it between guns.
How light is this suppressor, and will it balance well on my rifle?
The NOMAX 33 body alone weighs 12.9 ounces; with the included Xemax adapter, it's 15.4 ounces. At 9.65 inches long with the adapter, it's one of the shorter large-bore suppressors available. The lightweight titanium construction means minimal muzzle-heavy balance issues, making it ideal for precision rifles where weight and handling matter.
Can I swap the front cap or change adapters myself?
Yes. The NOMAX 33 features a replaceable front cap compatible with all R-Series options, and the mounting system is designed for field use. The suppressor body and mount have aggressive tool features that prevent slippage when you swap adapters, so you can reconfigure your setup without frustration or special tools.
