DAIR NOMAD-TI XC Silver 7.62 Silencer with Direct Thread Adapter
The DAIR NOMAD-TI XC Silver 7.62 silencer is a lightweight, modular .30-caliber suppressor built for hunters and long-range shooters who refuse to sacrifice performance for pack weight. At just 9.7 ounces, this fully welded titanium can is the answer to one of the oldest trade-offs in rifle setup: getting serious sound reduction without dragging down your rifle's handling and balance. It threads directly onto your barrel with the included 5/8-24 direct thread adapter, delivering genuine utility for semi-auto and bolt-action rifles up to .300 Norma Magnum.
The engineering here is purposeful. A two-chamber wedge baffle design bleeds pressure smoothly and minimizes first-round pop—meaningful advantages when hunting over bait or glassing from a ridge. The titanium construction (Grade 5 / 6AI-4V) keeps things light without sacrificing durability on magnum rounds or rapid strings, though Dead Air's own guidance recommends semi-auto fire with cooling breaks to preserve the can's lifespan. If you're after a suppressor that won't add bulk to a mountain rifle, pack gun, or precision bolt action, the weight savings here are real and measurable.
Modularity matters too. The NOMAD-TI is compatible with HUB Series adapters, so you can swap mounts between Xeno, KeyMo, and direct thread setups across different hosts without buying a new can. Tooling features on the body make adapter changes easy in the field, even with dirt in the mix. This is suppressors designed for actual use, not just safe storage on the shelf.

Frequently Asked Questions
What calibers does this suppressor work with?
The NOMAD-TI is rated for .30-caliber rifles up to .300 Norma Magnum. Its two-chamber design handles both high and low-pressure rounds, so you're not locked into a single load type.
Can I use this on different rifles with different mounting systems?
Yes. It ships with a direct thread 5/8-24 adapter, but it's compatible with HUB Series adapters, giving you the option to run Xeno or KeyMo mounts on other hosts. You'd need to purchase adapters separately.
What's the difference between titanium and steel suppressors, and is titanium right for hunting?
Titanium saves significant weight—this can is less than 10 ounces, which matters on rifles you carry into the backcountry. However, titanium is susceptible to heat erosion under sustained high temperatures. For typical hunting and range use with semi-auto rifles and cooldowns between magazines, titanium is an excellent choice. It's not recommended for machine gun use or sustained mag dumps without cooling breaks.
What's included and what do I need to buy separately?
The NOMAD-TI ships with a direct thread 5/8-24 adapter. If you want to use Xeno or KeyMo mounts instead, or change front caps, you'll need to purchase HUB Series adapters or R-Series front caps separately.
