CZ engineered this rifle around real-world precision needs. The heavy varmint barrel minimizes harmonic vibration and stays cooler during extended shooting sessions, while the 1:8 twist (1:9 in .223) stabilizes modern high-BC bullets. A toolless adjustable stock lets you dial in length of pull and comb height for your optics and shooting position, and the single-stage trigger adjusts between 1.5 and 3.1 pounds—tunable to your preference without gunsmithing. The receiver is drilled and tapped for Remington 700 scope mounts, so you can mount virtually any modern precision optic.
Versatility is built in. A rear Picatinny rail accepts monopods or rear support bags for prone or benchrest shooting. Dual front sling studs and quick-disconnect cups on the stock and forend let you configure the rifle for your shooting style.
