The CMMG Resolute Mk47 7.62x39 rifle bridges two worlds—AR ergonomics and AK practicality—in a handy 16.1" carbine that doesn't sacrifice ballistic performance for portability. If you've wanted AR controls and modularity but needed the magazine compatibility and reliability of 7.62x39, this Coyote Tan rifle solves that puzzle. It's built on CMMG's Mk47 platform, engineered with scaled-down, robust components (including their PowerBolt technology) to deliver full durability in a mid-size form factor that's lighter and more nimble than a full-scale AR-10 yet vastly more capable than a pistol or short-barreled rifle.
The Resolute line is purpose-built for shooters who need a rifle that works anywhere—whether you're hunting, running drills at distance, or just want a dependable rifle that transitions seamlessly between roles. This one comes zeroed and ready, featuring CMMG's own suite of quality parts: a ZEROED muzzle brake, drop-in trigger, ambi charging handle, and safety selector. The carbine-length gas system and non-adjustable gas block keep things simple and reliable. At just 7 lbs and 33" overall length, it's nimble without feeling underpowered.
The EML15 M-LOK handguard strips unnecessary weight while preserving mounting options at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock positions for lights, foregrips, and other essentials. The direct impingement action runs clean and efficient, and the 1:10 twist barrel handles 7.62x39 ammunition properly. Magazines are no issue—it accepts standard AK-pattern mags, including the included Magpul PMAG. The Coyote Tan Cerakote finish is durable and professional, blending in whether you're in the field or the range.
Built on a billet Mk47 lower and billet 7075-T6 aluminum upper, this rifle is a solid, well-thought-out middle ground that doesn't require you to choose between the best parts of two platforms.

Frequently Asked Questions
What magazines does the Resolute Mk47 accept?
The Mk47 accepts standard AK-pattern magazines, including the Magpul PMAG that comes with this rifle. This gives you broad compatibility and proven reliability with conventional 7.62x39 ammunition.
Is this rifle good for hunting and long-range shooting?
Yes. The 7.62x39 cartridge delivers solid ballistic performance at hunting ranges, and the 16.1" barrel with 1:10 twist is optimized for this caliber. The direct impingement system is reliable, and the rifle's light weight (7 lbs) makes it practical for field work. It's lighter and more maneuverable than a full-size AR-10 while offering more long-range capability than shorter designs.
What comes with this rifle?
The rifle ships with a Magpul 30-round PMAG, CMMG ZEROED muzzle brake, drop-in trigger, ambi charging handle, ambi safety, and CMMG RipStock. It's a complete, ready-to-shoot package from CMMG's ZEROED product line.
Can I customize and add accessories to the Resolute Mk47?
Absolutely. The EML15 M-LOK handguard includes mounting slots at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock positions for lights, foregrips, and other tactical or hunting accessories. The AR-pattern controls and layout mean you can swap grips, triggers, stocks, and other components as needed.
